Welcome to the Gender and Development (GAD) Corner of MSU–IIT. This space highlights the university’s commitment to promoting gender equality, inclusivity, and respect for diversity by addressing gender-related concerns and ensuring equal opportunities for all members of the academic community.

Anchored on national policies such as the Magna Carta of Women (RA 9710), the MSU–IIT GAD Program is integrated into the university’s instruction, research, extension, and administrative functions. It ensures that gender perspectives are mainstreamed in planning, policy formulation, and service delivery.

Through continuous trainings, advocacy initiatives, and support services, the GAD Program works toward fostering a safe, inclusive, and gender-responsive learning and working environment where students, faculty, and staff can thrive with dignity and respect.
