To ensure alignment with institutional goals and national GAD mandates, the MSU–IIT Gender and Development (GAD) Program provides a standardized proposal template for all GAD-related activities and initiatives. This template guides proponents in clearly outlining the objectives, target beneficiaries, gender issues addressed, and expected outcomes of their proposed programs.

All units and organizers are encouraged to use this template during calls for proposals to promote consistency, clarity, and gender responsiveness in project planning. Submissions will be reviewed based on their relevance to GAD priorities and their potential impact on advancing a gender-fair and inclusive university environment.

To ensure continuous improvement and accountability, the MSU–IIT Gender and Development (GAD) Program provides a standardized evaluation form for all GAD-related activities. This tool is designed to gather feedback from participants regarding the relevance, effectiveness, and overall quality of each activity.

All organizers are encouraged to use this form to promote consistency in evaluation practices and to support data-driven planning and decision-making.
