Sex-disaggregated data (SDD) helps the University understand and address the different experiences and needs of all students, faculty, and staff. By presenting information broken down by gender, the university can make informed decisions, track progress in gender equality, and design programs and policies that are inclusive, equitable, and responsive to everyone’s needs.
