Call for Proposal

The call for proposal follows a 3-step process on how to apply:  Request-Complete-Submit to ensure a smooth and efficient process for submitting proposals.  

Follow the instructions carefully to comply with requirements and avoid delays.  Each step outlines key actions, necessary documents, and submission protocols to help you navigate the process effectively.

Request

Prepare a request letter addressed to the appropriate authority or office.  Ensure that all necessary details, such as purpose, justification, and required support, are clearly stated.

Complete

Fill out the GAD templates, making sure that all required information are properly answered and aligned with the objectives of the proposal. 

Double-check for completeness and correctness before proceeding.


Submit

Compile all necessary documents, including the completed GAD templates and the request letter.  Submit the proposal to ovcpa.gadc@g.msuiit.edu.ph or at the GAD Center located at the 2nd Floor, KTTO Building.. Keep a copy of all documents for reference.

The call for proposals is open to all faculty and staff, encouraging participation in initiatives that address pressing gender issues. Proposals should focus on promoting gender equity, inclusivity, and resilience within the community. Priority will be given to projects that emphasize community engagement, education, and sustainable solutions that foster a more equitable society.
